ESRI Partnership Agreements

As an ESRI Authorized Partner Education Center, WYGISC meets a variety of stringent requirements including (but not limited to):

WyGISC an ESRI Authorized Instructors on staff
WyGISC offers at least three different Authorized Training Program Courses
WyGISC teaches more than 7 classes per year
ESRI Authorized Instructors order all course materials
WyGISC advertises all ESRI courses taught at our facility
Each student in our courses is seated at their own computer, we do not "group" students
Courses take place in a cutting-edge computer lab with 16 computers
Current versions of ESRI software packages are loaded on all computers
WyGISC offers accommodations for students with disabilities
WyGISC employs administrative staff to help with clerical support and student questions
WyGISC employs a system administrator to help with any technical problems that are encountered during a class

ESRI taught classes will be promoted on the ESRI Class Schedule and ESRI web site
All class materials will consist of standard student texts, software, and data for each class
ESRI will give WyGISC notice of two weeks on cancelled classes
ESRI will handle registration, billing, and invoicing of students in ESRI taught classes
Each student in our courses is seated at their own computer, we do not "group" students
Courses take place in a cutting-edge computer lab with 16 computers
Current versions of ESRI software packages are loaded on all computers
Reasonable parking arrangements for students are available
WyGISC provides system support by telephone, e-mail, or in person for off-site courses
Prices for ESRI instructed courses will be set by ESRI
Courses not held at the WyGISC office will be taught using WyGISC's mobile computer lab
