I originated in a small town in Idaho. I was the 5th in a family of seven kids so I learned many of my social and bargaining skills at an early age. After I graduated from the local high school, I earned my AS at the College of Southern Idaho. During most summers I worked with the Forest Service and BLM. This eventually led to my transplant here in Laramie. I met and married my husband Dennis Cockrell (a Business Finance major that I am hoping will fund all of my future endeavors) while working to get my Bachelors at the University of Wyoming.
During the summer of 2004, I turned in my application to UW's graduate school and was picked up by Scott Miller. Currently, I am starting into my research and looking forward to another year filled with family, friends, food, fun and late nights with my computer typing up reports/presentations.
